"TRUE CONVERSATIONS YOUR SOUL IS BEGGING YOU TO HAVE" with MEGHAN ENRIQUEZ

How do we know our soul is talking to us?
Why do we not listen to what it is saying?
3 Ways We can get out of our way and embrace more true conversations

Meghan Enriquez is the Founder and CEO of TRUE Conversations LLC, Founding Member of Asian Business Collective for Women and a Former Intervention Director of a Research Trial at Johns Hopkins University.

She is highly sought after to speak with, train, and interview a variety of audiences from student leaders to experienced professionals around the most stigmatized, diverse, issues of today and how having more true conversations can change the world. Meghan is a leading example of living a fulfilling life, creating your own path, embracing your differences and loving people where they are.

As an infant adoptee from South Korea, she believes that in order to bridge the gaps between many of the divides that are stagnating social transformation today, we need to help leaders learn how to have more true conversations around the most stigmatized issues, especially across generations, as well as support becoming a person able to hold space for differences and collaboration.

Soon after the birth of her second child Meghan found herself in a physical collapse and a personal awakening, which led to the creation of True Conversations.

She earned degrees in Exercise Science and Psychology from Slippery Rock University with honors. She then went on, as the youngest Intervention Director, to spend six years developing and leading the intervention for a
multi million dollar weight loss trial funded by NIMH for people with mental illness at Johns Hopkins University. There at age 22, Meghan went on to speak at state wide conferences and on a nationally broadcasted radio
station for the American College of Sports Medicine. She has since been seen on ABC Channel 2, and a speaker at International Women Day hosted by the office of Governor Hogan, and many conferences and events.
